2023 FOME Learning Design Innovation Awards! 🏆

Last week, at the annual FOME Conference, we were honored to recognize the brilliant minds and innovative spirits that have revolutionized the landscape of management education through the insendi's Learning Design Innovation Awards.

These awards celebrate not just innovation but the dedication, creativity, and passion of those who are shaping the future of business education.

About the Learning Design Innovation Awards:
"These awards are a celebration of creative and impactful learning design on the insendi platform. We are seeking submissions that demonstrate solid learning sequences which showcase a pedagogical balance to help students achieve the intended learning objectives of the course. These awards hope to recognise intelligent, well-crafted pedagogical designs rather than technology-led solutions."

There were three winners in the gold, silver, and bronze categories, with prizes awarded to each of the final winners.

Third place: ESMT Berlin with their engaging course Dispute Dynamics in Negotiations which makes up part of their online global MBA programme.

Second place: Imperial College Business School their innovative sequence Building Podcasts Using GenAI from the Digital Technologies and Digital Transformation module of their online GMBA programme.

First place: EDHEC Business School with their impressive learning journey How To Embrace the Current AI Hype While Designing Learning Paths for Online Education. This submission impressed voters with its innovative use of CustomGPT constituting a stand-alone problem-based scenario based on an iceberg learning model.
